  • We will contact you and get a brief description of your business, if you fall within the ACA guidelines we will forward you a non-disclosure agreement and a work contract.


  • Once contract is signed with a retainer (based on number of employees and data format) a list of required data and timeline of deliverable with be forwarded.  Followed by an account rep contacting you to gather preliminary information.


  • Payroll data will be securely forwarded to account representative.


  • Technician will convert data and process through programs to evaluate accuracy of data and determine if Section 6056 mandate is applicable to your company.


  • If applicable, programs will be run to assess employee status under multiple scenarios to determine appropriate measurement periods.


  • Account representative will contact company to discuss outcomes of various scenarios and select measurement periods.


  • Programs will be run to determine which employees fall within the mandate.


  • Technician will evaluate payroll and insurance data and evaluate which transitional relief if available.


  • Account representative will contact company and discuss findings and any exposure that has been identified.


  • 1094 and 1095 forms will be printed and sent to the company employees and the IRS.


  • Analysis package including a copy of all forms with be sent to the company.


  • For the remaining months of the stabilization period, account representative will contact company regarding employees that are required to be assessed, review additional payroll data and determine if insurance needs to be offered.


  • Contract period is equal to initial stabilization period (in most cases one year).
